Intellectual Property & Permitted Use
All artwork, portraits, sigils, designs, and related creative works are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive intellectual property of En’Zakiyyah and Touched by Anjail LLC (TBALLC) unless otherwise stated in writing.
The purchase of any canvas, print, digital work, or related product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the work for personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership, copyright, or commercial rights are transferred through purchase.
The purchaser may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, resell, sublicense, modify, mint, digitize for resale, or otherwise exploit the artwork or any portion of it for commercial use, public distribution, or mass production without prior written consent from En’Zakiyyah and TBALLC.
Any exclusive rights, if offered, apply only to the specific release or work expressly identified in writing and do not extend beyond those stated terms.
Where applicable, pieces may be delivered as energetically cleansed and intentionally prepared for spiritual, visual, and metaphysical use. Such language reflects the creative and ceremonial nature of the work and does not transfer any additional ownership or commercial rights.
Purchases Through External Stores
Items purchased through any linked shop, marketplace, or external sales platform are subject to the specific terms, conditions, policies, and usage rights listed within that storefront. Customers are encouraged to review all applicable terms prior to purchase, as those store-specific terms govern the transaction.
Reservation of Rights
All artwork, designs, sigils, written materials, brand elements, and related creative works remain the exclusive intellectual property of En’Zakiyyah and Touched by Anjail LLC (TBALLC) unless otherwise expressly stated in writing. While purchases made through external storefronts are governed by the terms applicable to that platform or store, no sale shall be construed as a transfer of copyright, ownership, commercial use rights, or any other intellectual property rights except as explicitly granted in writing.
